The Double Deluxe Room’s bathroom leaves much to be desired. it’s cramped, making it a challenge to maneuver comfortably. On top of that, I faced an unexpected service charge at checkout that wasn’t made clear during check-in. the lack of communication on these fees felt a bit frustrating. The minibar blocking policy seems inconsistent, too, especially when some guests are charged significantly more than others.
